Winter is Coming

Fall Blow-Out & Winterizing Tips:
- If you're not going to be home, turn off the water to the sprinkler system if the valve is located inside( not the main house water).
- Most blow outs can be done when you're not at home, by using the control valves outside.
- Mark or open all hidden valve boxes. Notify us of any additional sprinkler hose bibs (faucets that are part of the sprinkler system).
- Unlock gates to provide access to the yard.
- Secure all dogs.
